在城市设计中,“关联耦合”思想,也被称为连接理论,是构架城市空间秩序,建立场所空间关系,整合城市空间环境要素的重要途径.将建筑物与外部空间环境要素“连接”起来,试图以此来解决现如今五大道历史街区空间体系无序,空间要素之间缺少关联,空间分布离散化,功能同质化等现象.
In urban design, the idea of “coupling” is also called the connection theory, and it is an important way to structure the spatial order of cities, establish the spatial relations of places and integrate the elements of urban space environment. Trying to use it to solve such problems as the disorder of the spatial structure of the historic blocks on the Fifth Avenue nowadays, the lack of connection between the spatial elements, the discretization of the spatial distribution and the homogenization of functions.
