河北省首次在腹泻病人和牛便中检出O157∶H7出血性大肠 (EHEC)杆菌。共监测水及水生动物、蔬菜、牛肉、家禽及家畜粪便、腹泻病人便 12种 6 5 7份样品 ,其中河湖水 72份、水生动物 11份、蔬菜类 74份、牛肉 44份、牛便 111份、猪便 2 1份、鸡便 2 3份、鸭便 16份、鹅便 10份、腹泻病人便 2 75份。在2 75份腹泻病人粪便中检出 2株O157∶H7大肠杆菌 ,检出率为0 73%。 111份牛便中检出O157∶H7大肠杆菌 ,检出率为1 80 % ,其它样品中均未检出。根据菌落形态、菌体形态、血清学试验、生物化学试验等均符合EHECO157∶H7大肠杆菌特性 ,并测定了其溶血素及Vero细胞毒素 (LSF) ,均为阳性。通过病例调查 ,感染因素可能为个人卫生差及生食蔬菜。
Hebei Province for the first time in diarrhea patients and cattle were detected O157: H7 hemorrhagic large intestine (EHEC) bacteria. A total of 657 samples of 12 species of water, including aquatic animals, vegetables, beef, poultry and livestock, and diarrhea were monitored. Among them, 72 were river and lake water, 11 were aquatic animals, 74 were vegetables, 44 were beef, 21 pigs, 23 feces, 16 duck, 10 geese and 2 75 diarrhea patients. Two strains of O157: H7 were detected in the feces of 2 75 diarrhea patients, with a detection rate of 0 73%. O157: H7 Escherichia coli was detected in 111 samples of cattle, with a detection rate of 180%. No other samples were detected. According to the colony morphology, morphology, serological test, biochemical test and so on, the characteristics of EHECO157: H7 Escherichia coli were observed, and the hemolysin and Vero cytotoxin (LSF) were determined. All were positive. Through the case investigation, the infection may be poor personal hygiene and raw vegetables.
