思想政治教育能促进人思想的健康发展,提升人的精神境界,对思想上出现的问题进行疏导。社会的变迁和思想价值的多元化发展,给国有煤炭企业职工思想带来了很大的冲击,为新形势下的思想政治教育工作提出了巨大的挑战。提升思想政治教育工作的效果,离不开以人为本的正确理念和科学的工作方法,本文就围绕以人为本国有煤炭企业思想政治教育的开展情况进行分析。
Ideological and political education can promote the healthy development of people’s thinking, enhance people’s spiritual realm, and divert the ideological problems. The social changes and the diversified development of ideological values have brought a great impact on the thinking of staff and workers in the state-owned coal enterprises, posing a huge challenge to the ideological and political education in the new situation. The effect of improving the ideological and political education can not be separated from the correct concept of people-oriented and scientific working methods. This paper analyzes the development of ideological and political education based on people-oriented coal enterprises.
