采用热丝化学气相沉积法在B212型YT15硬质合金成形铣刀片上制备了微米级金刚石涂层,并以65%SiC颗粒增强铝基复合材料为试件材料进行铣削试验。通过与未涂层硬质合金铣刀进行对比,评价了金刚石涂层硬质合金成形铣刀的涂层效果。结果表明:在相同的切削参数下,金刚石涂层硬质合金刀具各种铣削力比未涂层硬质合金刀具的降低50%~65%;所涂覆金刚石薄膜在铣削过程中具有良好的膜-基附着强度,且经酸碱预处理的涂层硬质合金刀具较适合于高体积分数SiCP/Al复合材料的粗加工,醇碱预处理的涂层硬质合金刀具较适合于其半精加工;涂层硬质合金刀具持续加工的工件表面质量优于未涂层硬质合金刀具所加工,且所铣槽的成形精度较未涂层硬质合金刀具所铣槽提高约30%。
The micrometer diamond coating was prepared on the B212 YT15 cemented carbide milling cutter by hot wire chemical vapor deposition method. The milling test was carried out on the 65% SiC particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. By comparing with the uncoated cemented carbide cutter, the coating effect of the diamond-coated cemented carbide milling cutter was evaluated. The results show that under the same cutting parameters, the milling force of diamond-coated cemented carbide tools is reduced by 50% ~ 65% compared with that of uncoated cemented carbide tools. The coated diamond films have good film during milling - base adhesion strength, and the acid-base pretreatment of the coated carbide cutting tool is more suitable for high volume fraction SiCP / Al composite roughing, alcohol alkali pretreatment of coated carbide cutting tool is more suitable for semi-fine The quality of the machined surface of the coated cemented carbide tool was better than that of the uncoated cemented carbide tool, and the forming precision of the milled groove was about 30% higher than that of the uncoated cemented carbide tool.
