为了了解IC10的铸态组织特征以及B对合金组织的影响,采用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对微观组织进行观察分析,并采用电子探针显微分析仪对元素的分布规律(尤其是B元素)进行观察分析。结果表明,IC10合金铸态的典型组织由γ相基体、二次γ′相和枝晶间的共晶(γ+γ′)相、骨架状和块状的MC以及少量的M3B2和蜂窝状Ni5Hf组成。合金中M3B2随着B含量的增加而有所增加。M3B2的化学结构式为:(Cr1.40Mo0.70W0.34Ni0.32Co0.23)B1.99。M3B2在共晶中的γ′相上生长,不会与碳化物形成共生组织。
