由于胶接结构的大量应用,为了保证质量,确保安全,对其成品的无损检验就成为必要的手段。当前国内对胶接结构的无损检验远远跟不上工艺技术的发展和生产的需要。本文试图简要论述这一技术的现况并探讨发展的趋势。文中着重讨论了声检验技术在胶接质量无损检验中应用的概况,并涉及了当前受到重视的声发射等几种新技术研究试验动态。此外,谈到了国外在胶接结构无损检验研究工作新的动向——着重在胶接强度检测方法的探索。根据国内外情况提出了对其发展趋势的粗浅认识以供讨论。
Due to the large number of applications of cementitious structures, in order to ensure the quality and ensure the safety, the nondestructive testing of finished products becomes the necessary means. At present, the domestic non-destructive testing of the bonded structure is far behind the needs of the development and production of process technology. This article attempts to briefly discuss the current state of the technology and explore trends in development. This paper focuses on the application of acoustic inspection technology in the non-destructive testing of cementing quality, and also discusses several new technologies such as acoustic emission which are currently being considered. In addition, talked about the foreign non-destructive testing in the bonded structure of the new trend of research work - focusing on the detection of the bonding strength of exploration. According to the situation at home and abroad put forward their understanding of the development trend for discussion.
