以TiO2或载铂TiO2为催化剂,利用波长为254nm的紫外光辐照,研究了可溶性染料3B艳红和活性艳蓝KN-R的光催化氧化,探讨了催化剂的焙烧温度及投料量、染料水溶液的pH值等因素对光催化氧化性能的影响.结果表明,经350℃焙烧的Pt/TiO2催化剂对3B艳红或活性艳蓝KN-R染料溶液有良好的光催化氧化活性,酸性溶液对染料的光催化氧化有利.染料光催化氧化近似遵循一级反应动力学
Photocatalytic oxidation of Brilliant Red 3B and Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R of soluble dye 3B was studied with TiO2 or platinum-supported TiO2 as catalyst. UV irradiation with 254 nm wavelength was used. The calcination temperature and amount of catalyst, PH and other factors on the photocatalytic oxidation performance. The results show that the Pt / TiO2 catalyst calcined at 350 ℃ has good photocatalytic activity for Brilliant Red or Reactive Brilliant Blue KN-R dye solution. Acid solution is favorable for the photocatalytic oxidation of dye. Dye photocatalytic oxidation follows a first order reaction kinetics
