目的:用HPLC法测定乳癖康颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法:样品经稀乙醇超声提取后,采用HPLC法测定乳癖康颗粒中芍药苷的含量,使用C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%磷酸(15∶85)为流动相,检测波长230 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温40℃。结果:芍药苷在(0.26~4.13)μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率99.8%。结论:样品处理方法合理,方法学考察符合定量要求,结果准确,可用于乳癖康颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of paeoniflorin in Ruyukang Granules by HPLC. METHODS: The samples were extracted by dilute ethanol and the content of paeoniflorin in Ruyukang Granules was determined by HPLC. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (15:85), the detection wavelength was 230 nm, and the flow rate was 1. mL.min-1, column temperature 40°C. Results: There was a good linearity in the range of (0.26~4.13) μg of peoniflorin. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.9999 and the average recovery rate was 99.8%. Conclusion: The sample processing method is reasonable, the methodological investigation meets the quantitative requirements, and the result is accurate. It can be used for the determination of paeoniflorin in Liaokang Granules.
