目的:探讨应用壳聚糖生物敷料治疗难治性创面的护理效果和方法,使患者创面愈后良好。方法:本护理单元对30例难治性创面的患者实施优质护理,使用壳聚糖生物敷料湿敷包扎创面,每日换药一次。结果:患者创面愈后时间缩短,平均为13.2d,疤痕形成减少。结论:壳聚糖应用于治疗难治性创面,能促进患者愈后,并减少疤痕的形成。
Objective: To explore the application of chitosan biological dressings in the treatment of refractory wounds and methods of care, so that patients with good wound healing. Methods: The nursing unit of 30 patients with refractory wounds implementation of quality care, the use of chitosan biological dressing wet dressing bandage dressing, dressing change once a day. Results: The wound healing time of patients was shortened, with an average of 13.2 days and a decrease of scar formation. Conclusion: Chitosan is used in the treatment of refractory wounds, which can promote the healing of patients and reduce the formation of scars.
