我班男孩子占三分之二以上,自由活动时他们乱跑乱叫,好象脱缰的野马。看了武打片后,他们学着打斗,闹得就更凶了。我对此毫无办法,只好跟在他们后面管,但顾了这边却顾不了那边,弄得管下课比上课还累。于是我常常要求他们下课时不许乱跑,不许打斗,不许大声讲话。为了防乱,我还尽量不让他们参加活动量较大的游戏。有时烦了,就采取生硬的办法,罚他们坐在教室里,不许出去活动。久而久之,他们便产生了抵触情绪,当着我的面虽然不敢闹了,但背地里却闹得更凶。我很伤脑筋,心想:怎样才能改变这种现象呢? 带着这个问题,我进一步学习了幼儿心理学。幼儿天真活泼,抑制能力差,好动,爱模仿。成人所认为的“淘气”是幼儿成长中的正常行为,“淘
