翅子树(Pterospermum lanceaefolium Roxb)为梧桐科(Sterculiaceae)植物,民间用其叶作止血、抗菌药。初步药理试验表明,翅子树叶的乙醇提取物育较强的抑制大肠杆菌生长和缩短小白鼠凝血时间的作用。翅子树叶的化学成分尚未见报道。本文对其化学成分进行了研究,从酯溶部分中获得新三萜sterculin-A(Ⅰ)和2个已知的甾醇。
Pterospermum lanceaefolium Roxb is a Sterculiaceae plant and its leaves are used as a hemostatic and antibacterial agent. Preliminary pharmacological tests have shown that ethanol extracts of the leaves of the wing can strongly inhibit the growth of E. coli and shorten the clotting time of mice. The chemical composition of the wing leaves has not been reported. In this paper, the chemical constituents were studied. The triterpene sterculin-A (I) and two known sterols were obtained from the ester-soluble fractions.
