空化是一种具有较大破坏性的水力学现象,亦是威胁水轮机安全稳定运行的常见因素,以民治水电站混流式水轮机的D568-F17模型水轮机为例,对其进行能量试验,根据能量试验结果,选择合适的工况进行模型空化试验,并根据空化试验结果预期原型水轮机的空化特性。试验结果表明,原型水轮机的最高效率、额定效率和加权平均效率均满足水电站合同文件的相关技术要求;同时额定工况临界空化系数、初生空化系数亦满足水电站合同文件的相关技术要求。
Cavitation is a kind of hydraulic phenomenon with great destructiveness. It is also a common factor that threatens the safe and stable operation of turbine. Taking D568-F17 model turbine of Francis turbine of Minzhi Hydropower Station as an example, the energy test is carried out. According to the energy test As a result, the model cavitation test is selected based on the appropriate conditions and the cavitation characteristics of the prototype turbine are expected based on the cavitation test results. The test results show that the maximum efficiency, rated efficiency and weighted average efficiency of the prototype turbine meet the relevant technical requirements of the hydropower station contract documents. Meanwhile, the critical cavitation coefficient and the primary cavitation coefficient at rated conditions also meet the relevant technical requirements of the hydropower station contract documents.
