传统的建筑施工企业人力调度与工程进度关系模型采用多元线性回归数学模型,对建筑施工企业人力成本的特征融合和效益预测精度不高。本文提出一种基于模糊指派和粗糙集算法的人力成本调度与建筑工程进度关系模型,分析了影响建筑施工人力成本调度的参数模型,建立人力成本调度和离职风险调度系统,分析人力成本调度与相关影响因子是线性相关系,实现对风险概率的评估和数据库信息的调取匹配,构建人力调度模糊指派调度集合,得到建筑施工企业人力成本调度信息的粗糙集耦合特性数学模型,基于模糊指派和粗糙集算法实现对关系模型的构建和改进。仿真实验表明,该模型能对建筑施工企业人力成本合理调度,人力成本管理效益较好,在降低企业管理成本的同时提高了经济增长指数,具有较好的应用价值。
The traditional construction enterprises human schedule and project progress relationship model using multiple linear regression mathematical model, building construction enterprises, the characteristics of human cost integration and efficiency of the forecast accuracy is not high. It analyzes the parameter model that affects the human resource cost dispatching in building construction, establishes the human cost dispatching and leaving risk dispatching system, analyzes the human cost dispatching and correlation The influencing factor is the linear phase relation, which realizes the matching between the risk probability evaluation and the database information retrieval. Constructing the human assignment fuzzy assignment scheduling set, the mathematic model of the rough set coupling characteristics of the human resource cost scheduling information of the construction enterprise is obtained. Based on the fuzzy assignment and roughness Set algorithm to realize the construction and improvement of relational model. The simulation results show that this model can reasonably control the manpower costs of construction enterprises, and the manpower cost management benefits are good. While reducing the enterprise management costs, the model can increase the economic growth index and has good application value.
