目的探讨口岸旅行者携带物的特点和检疫查验存在的问题,提出有效开展旅行者携带物检疫查验工作的对策和建议。方法对哈尔滨空港口岸旅检现场2010年1月～2012年10月旅行者携带物的检验情况及检出的有害生物情况进行统计分析。结果获得了截留物来源、种类、时间特点和检疫性生物检出情况的基本信息,总结出入境截获物的人员结构、时间性和地域化倾向。结论统计了哈尔滨空港近3年来入境旅行者携带物检疫情况,提出开展高效、合法地进行旅行者携带物检疫查验工作的对策和建议。
Objective To explore the characteristics of quarantine and the quarantine inspection of travelers carrying portraits, and to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the quarantine inspection of porter’s belongings effectively. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on the inspection of the carried items and the detected pests from January 2010 to October 2012 at the inspection site of Harbin Airport Port. Results The basic information of the sources, types, time characteristics and quarantine organisms of the retentate were obtained. The personnel structure, timeliness and geographical tendency of the intercepted entry were summarized. Conclusions The quarantine situation of the inbound travelers carried in Harbin Airport in recent 3 years was calculated and the countermeasures and suggestions on carrying out the quarantine inspection of the porter ’s belongings efficiently and legally were put forward.
