1 前言我国南方有些高大厂房的生产岗位,冬季用煤火炉作局部采暖。由于厂房高大,煤火炉产生的热气流向上散失,主要靠炉壁的辐射热采暖。为了增强热辐射强度,必须将炉壁烧得发红。这样就增加了耗煤量,据初步统计,一只内径300mm的煤火炉每天不但(两班制16h)要消耗20kg以上的块煤,而且还污染了环境。为了节省能源,消除煤火炉烧煤引起的环境污染和提高采暖效果,我们设计制造了一种混凝土
1 Foreword Production positions of some of the tallest factories in the south of China, and coal stoves for local heating in winter. As the plant is tall, the hot gas flow generated by the coal fired stove is dissipated upwards, mainly relying on the radiant heat of the furnace wall for heating. In order to enhance the heat radiation intensity, the wall of the furnace must be burnt red. This increases the coal consumption. According to preliminary statistics, a coal fired furnace with an internal diameter of 300 mm not only consumes more than 20 kg of lump coal per day (for two shifts of 16 h), but also pollutes the environment. In order to save energy, eliminate environmental pollution caused by burning coal in coal fired stoves and improve heating effect, we designed and manufactured a concrete.
