在党的十八大三中全会中就提出了有关全面深化改革的若干重大问题的决定,并指出要紧紧围绕在资源配置中市场起到决定性作用加强经济体制改革的深化,坚持并完善基本经济制度,加快现代市场体系的完善。随着我国社会经济的发展,市场经济得到了逐步的实施和推广,这对当代企业单位的财务管理提出了更多新的要求,也加大了企业单位财务管理工作的开展难度,同时也突显了传统管理方式存在的问题。因此本文首先阐述了财务管理的意义和作用,然后分析当前企业单位财务管理存在的一些问题,并提出相应的解决措施,以期不断完善企业单位的财务管理,进而更好的适应企业单位的改革发展要求。
