智能电网是实现电网的可靠、安全、经济、高效、环境友好目标的必然选择,其发展受到很多因素的影响。以智能电网发展影响因素为研究对象,运用解释结构模型对影响智能电网发展的29项因素进行了分析。结果表明:影响因素分为6个层次,其中电力电子技术、电能质量优良需求、资源环境压力、政治经济环境、自然灾害威胁是最深层次的影响因素;电力系统综合智能规划技术、智能电网调度技术、智能型配电自动化技术、智能家居及智能用电小区、超导技术、多目标自趋优控制策略等为智能电网发展的直接影响因素;其他因素处在中间层次,发挥交叉衔接作用。
Smart grid is the inevitable choice to achieve the goal of reliable, safe, economical, efficient and environment-friendly power grid. Its development is affected by many factors. Taking the influencing factors of the development of smart grid as the research object, 29 factors that affect the development of smart grid are analyzed by using the explanation structure model. The results show that: the influencing factors are divided into six levels, among which the power electronics technology, the excellent demand of power quality, the pressure of resources and environment, the political and economic environment and the threat of natural disasters are the most influential factors; the integrated intelligent planning of power system, the dispatching technology of smart grid , Intelligent distribution automation technology, smart home and smart residential area, superconducting technology, multi-objective self-optimizing control strategy are the direct influence factors for the development of smart grid. Other factors are at the middle level and play a role of cross-linking.
