甘草是常用中药之一,在《神农本草经》中列为上品,性味甘平。具有清热介毒、补气益脾、润肺祛痰、调和诸药等功效。甘草入药,最早为生品,后出现“炙”制品,发展至明清时代,蜜制方法较为普遍,沿用至今,仍为广泛。目前,中医常用的炙甘草,有清炒与蜜炙两种,由于各地用药情况不同,其加蜜量的差异也很大。据调查仅22个省市内就出现10种不同的加蜜量,最少为100斤甘草
Licorice is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines. It is listed in the “Shen Nong’s Materia Medica” as a top grade product and has a sweet taste. With heat-mediated poisoning, qi and spleen, moisten the lungs, reconcile the various drugs and other effects. Licorice was used as a raw material and was first used as a raw product.
