老教授李振纲于今年5月25日寄来他近期写的《中国白蜡与白蜡虫》一文,全文系用英文撰成,刊登在联合国出版的《世界动物评论》第26—33页,内有插图照片等十多幅。他一生竭注全神致力研究的不但有养蜜蜂、还有养白蜡虫、养蚕,都是发扬人类的智力,利用昆虫的本能来为人类服务,开掘自然资源以造福人类的。笔者收到其著文后,谨慎为“养蜂图书馆”珍藏。以备千百年后研究蜂
Li Zhengang, an old professor, sent his recent article entitled “Chinese wax and waxworms” on May 25 this year. The full text is in English and published in the United Nations World Animal Review, pp. 26-33, with illustrations Photos and more than 10 pieces.
