就业问题一直是各国政府最为关注的社会问题之一,因为它不仅是一个经济问题,更是一个政治和社会问题。随着我国改革开放的不断深化、全球一体化的加速,以及美国次贷危机的发生,我国珠三角的就业形势严峻。珠三角地区政府应通过发展经济和调整产业结构、规范人力资源市场、完善就业服务、加强职业教育和培训、提供就业援助等措施,创造就业条件,扩大就业范围。
The issue of employment has always been one of the social issues of greatest concern to all Governments, as it is not only an economic issue but also a political and social issue. With the deepening of China's reform and opening up, the acceleration of global integration and the occurrence of the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, the employment situation in the Pearl River Delta in our country is grim. The Pearl River Delta region government should create employment conditions and expand the scope of employment by developing economy and adjusting industrial structure, regulating the human resources market, improving employment services, strengthening vocational education and training, and providing employment assistance.
