腓骨游离瓣（fibulafreeflap）是重建大型下颌骨缺损的有效方法之一。它可提供约25cm长的腓骨修复各种类型的大型下颌骨缺损；可携带皮岛修复口腔粘膜及面部皮肤缺损；血管口径大，蒂长，易于与颈部血管吻合。骨结合种植体及神经皮瓣的联合应用可使口腔功能进一步改善。本文综述了腓骨游离瓣重建下颌骨缺损的应用解剖、手术方法、并发症及优缺点，表明腓骨游离瓣重建大型下颌骨缺损具有一定的优越性。
Fibular free flap (fibulafreeflap) is one of the effective methods to reconstruct large mandibular defects. It can provide about 25cm long fibula to repair various types of large mandibular defects; can carry skin island repair of oral mucosa and facial skin defects; vascular caliber, pedicle length, easy to anastomosis with the neck vessels. Combined use of bone-implant implants and neuroflakes can further improve oral function. This review summarizes the applied anatomy, surgical methods, complications and advantages and disadvantages of reconstruction of mandibular defects with fibular free flap. It shows that the free flap of the fibula has some advantages in reconstruction of large mandibular defects.
