1981年11月,欧洲空间局(ESA)举行了第二次产品质量保障学术讨论会。除ESA的十一个成员国以外,还邀请中、美、加、印、日等国代表参加。我空间技术研究院派出何国伟、曾邑铎、廖炯生组成的代表团参加了会议。会上宣读了《复杂系统的可靠性综合方法》、《失效树分析的新途径》两篇论文,受到国外同行的赞赏。会后代表团参观了几个部门,重点考察了欧洲空间研究与技术中心(ESTEC)的产品质量保障活动。现将这方面的情况简介于下。
In November 1981, the European Space Agency (ESA) held a second seminar on Product Quality Assurance. In addition to the 11 member countries of the ESA, representatives from China, the United States, Canada, India and Japan are invited to participate. A delegation composed of He Guowei, Zeng Yi Duo and Liao Jiongsheng from the Institute of Space Technology attended the meeting. At the meeting read “complex system reliability synthesis method”, “failure tree analysis of new ways” two papers, praised by foreign counterparts. After the conference, the delegation visited several departments and paid special attention to the product quality assurance activities of the European Space Research and Technology Center (ESTEC).
