本文报导上海地区患暴发性病毒病的中国对虾肝胰脏病理变化的研究结果。组织病理变化方面，肝胰脏呈以弥漫性坏死为主的变质性病变；在肝胰脏的上皮细胞核内见到2种病毒颗粒，还见到2种球形包涵体，其浮尔根染色反应为阳性。生化病理变化方面，病虾肝胰脏的酯酶（EST）和超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）的活性显著减弱，表明病虾代谢功能与免疫功能明显衰退。
This article reports the results of the pathological changes in liver and pancreas of Penaeus chinensis in Shanghai with the outbreak of viral disease. In histopathological changes, hepatopancreas showed degenerative lesions mainly diffuse necrosis. Two kinds of virus particles were seen in the nucleus of hepatopancreas and two kinds of spherical inclusions were also observed. Positive. In biochemical and pathological changes, the activities of esterase (EST) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver and pancreas of diseased shrimp were significantly decreased, which indicated that metabolic and immunological functions of shrimp decreased significantly.
