目的:观察机体受损伤后的不同时间内,白细胞吞噬功能和血浆中丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化。方法:分别于家兔颌骨粉碎性骨折致伤前、伤后6h和12h抽血,测定全血化学发光强度和血浆MDA含量。结果:伤后化学发光的出峰时间提前,与伤前组比较P<0.05;伤后各组的全血化学发光强度明显大于伤前组(P<0.05);血浆MDA含量,伤后各组都升高(P<0.01)。结论:机体受损伤之后白细胞吞噬氧化活性增强,对组织细胞的脂质过氧化加剧,造成血浆MDA含量升高
Objective: To observe the phagocytosis of leucocytes and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in plasma at different time after injury. Methods: Blood samples were collected at 6 h and 12 h after traumatic comminuted fractures in rabbits, respectively. The chemiluminescence intensity and the content of MDA in plasma were measured. Results: The peak time of chemiluminescence after injury was earlier than that of the pre-injury group (P <0.05). The chemiluminescence intensity of whole blood in each group was significantly higher than that of the pre-injury group (P <0.05) All groups were increased after injury (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The leukocyte phagocytic oxidative activity is enhanced after the body is damaged, and the lipid peroxidation of tissue cells is aggravated, resulting in the increase of plasma MDA content
