湖南省洞庭科技有限公司研制生产的植物抗寒剂、抗逆增产剂,经全国三十个省市自治区大面积推广应用证明:能显著提高作物的抗寒力,使其安令越冬,避免“倒春寒”和秋季早霜的危害。抗逆增产剂还具有抗涝、抗旱、抗病虫害、控疯长、抗倒伏等多种抗逆功能,能促进灾年夺丰收;同时产品本身还是一种高效植物营养素,在作物全生育期施用,能促进根系发达,植株茁壮,防止作物中晚期出现早衰现象,提高结实率,提早成熟;可使小麦、水稻、玉米等粮食作物增产10-30％;棉花、豆类、蔬菜、果树等经济作物增产20-30％。为此,国务院扶贫办、国家科委成果办特发专文向全国推荐使用,国家科委扶贫办将其列入“重点科技扶贫项目”。
