CE:能否简单介绍一下巴特西发电站改建项目?罗伯特·廷克内尔:项目所在地九榆树区目前也在做整体开发,总开发面积200英亩,巴特西项目就占了40英亩。这个项目是多功能、多用途的综合体,巴特西发电站是整个项目的核心,其它新建的建筑都围绕它在布局。项目不光有住宅,还有伦敦中部地区最大的购物中心,同时会建成能够容纳15000人办公的写字楼,还会有酒店、有各种举办活动的场地和设施。并且一条伦敦地铁的延长线将贯穿其中,预计在2019年启用。
CE: Can you briefly introduce the transformation project of Battersea Power Station? Robert Tinkern: The Jiuhashu District where the project is located is currently under overall development. The total development area is 200 acres, and the Battersea project accounts for 40 acres. This project is a multi-functional, multi-purpose complex. The Battersea power station is the core of the project. Other newly-built buildings surround it. The project will not only have houses, but also the largest shopping center in central London. At the same time, it will be built as an office building capable of accommodating 15,000 people. There will also be hotels and various venues and facilities for events. And an extension of the London Underground will run through it and is expected to open in 2019.
