硬皮病和结核性苔癣是两种皮肤病,临床上并不罕见,但两者发生于同一患者,则较为少见。笔者于一九六三年见到一例,今报导如下: 病例报告患者柴××,女性,43岁,农,已婚,山东章丘县,住院号93200。于63年6月3日因两手发凉,皮肤发硬已五年,全身发生角化性丘疹痒已一月半而入梡。患者于58年冬季,自觉两手发凉,怕冷不敢与冷水接触,天气冷时即两手发青紫,并感到疼痛。前两年饮食较差,症状逐渐加剧,其手指末节及甲部逐渐吸收变短,同时手背、前臂、面部,以及额部皮肤发硬,张嘴受限制,提眉发紧;但胃部无不适,食欲尚佳。于63年4月中旬,躯干、颈部以及四肢,突然发生角化性丘疹,稍高于皮肤,其基底潮红,稍粗糙,表面复盖白色糠皮样鳞屑,自觉痒,搔抓后其鳞屑呈片状脱落。近几天来,两侧腋窝、四肢及会阴均发生同样损害,但头部未累及,并无明显皮层和脱发现象,手掌足底亦无角化性病变。曾在某医院就诊,印象为1.雷诺氏病;2.牛皮癣。转来本科就诊而入院。过去病史:无咳嗽,咳血,胸痛,呼吸困难史,其它无重要异常记载。家族史:丈夫于三年前生病(?)死亡,有两女均健在。月经生产史:15岁月经来潮,

Past medical history: no cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, history of dyspnea, no other important abnormal records. Family history: husband died three years ago (?), Two women are alive. Menstrual history: 15 years of menstrual cramps,
