目的通过研究药剂科在医院用药过程中抗菌药物中起到的作用以及其重要性进行分析。方法随机选取了患者300例,将其分为观察组以及对照组。对照组应用的是常规抗菌治疗。结果从实际中可以发现观察组的住院费用、时间、药物应用天数以及中数等等方面,可以发现其比对照组明显要低一些,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药剂科在当前合理抗菌药物应用上有着较好的作用。
The purpose of this study was to study the role and importance of antimicrobials in pharmacy during the course of hospital medication. Methods A total of 300 patients were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. The control group used conventional antimicrobial therapy. The results can be found from the actual observation group hospitalization costs, time, the number of days and the number of drug applications, etc., can be found significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Pharmacy in the current rational use of antimicrobial drugs have a good effect.
