目的探讨经鼻中隔蝶窦入路显微手术切除垂体腺瘤的疗效。方法回顾分析我院自1998年1月至2005年6月共138例采用经单鼻孔-蝶窦入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤的临床资料。结果每例手术时间60～120 min,平均80 min。123例(89.1%)肿瘤全切。19例尿崩,12例颅内感染,无出血、死亡等并发症的发生。136例患者术后随访3～12个月。激素分泌过高、视野障碍、闭经等症状均有不同程度的改善。结论经单鼻孔手术可安全有效地治疗绝大部分垂体腺瘤。
Objective To investigate the effect of microsurgical resection of pituitary adenoma by nasal septal sphenoid sinus approach. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 1998 to June 2005, a total of 138 cases of patients treated by single nostril - sphenoid sinus surgery for pituitary adenoma clinical data. Results Each operation time 60 ~ 120 min, an average of 80 min. 123 cases (89.1%) of the total tumor. 19 cases of diabetes insipidus, 12 cases of intracranial infection, no bleeding, death and other complications. 136 patients were followed up for 3 to 12 months. Hormone secretion is too high, visual field disorders, amenorrhea and other symptoms have varying degrees of improvement. Conclusion Single nostril surgery can safely and effectively treat most pituitary adenomas.
