公务员工资待遇问题,是当前一个热门话题,一段时间以来,全国都在进行激烈的争议。在今年召开的两会上,不少代表、委员也纷纷就此问题各抒己见,热烈议论。然而,各方面陈述的意见大相径庭,分歧很大,甚至尖锐对立。如何才能正确地处理好公务员工资待遇问题,确实是一个十分棘手的问题,需要采取相当审慎的态度,统筹兼顾,综合平衡,力求做到公平合理。首先,单独为公务员增资有违广大群众意愿。
