This year marks the 90th anniversary of the birth of Comrade Zhao Saici and the 5th anniversary of the death of Comrade Zhao Sai, the dean of the Central China Conservatory of Music, vice chairman of the Chinese Musicians Association, and director of the State Art Education Commission. In order to cherish and commemorate his important contributions to professional music education, national music education, social music education and other music fields in China for more than half a century, the Central Conservatory of Music, the Art Education Commission of the Ministry of Education and the China Musicians Association in 2006 On December 7, the Central Conservatory of Music jointly held academic commemorative activities.
