5,10,15,20-四(2-羟基-5-磺酸基苯)卟吩是一新的水溶性卟啉显色剂,简称 T(2-H-5-SP)P。讨论了试剂的合成及其与 Cu~(2+)的显色反应。与 Cu~(2+)反应的最适 pH4.0,不需加辅助络合剂,只要在沸水浴中加热两分钟即可,配合物至少稳定6小时。试剂的质子化形式及其与 Cu~(2+)配合物的最大吸收波长分别于434和412nm。工作曲线的回归方程 A=6.50×10~(-3)+0.132C,相关系数 r=0.999,铜的含量于0~3.0μg/25ml 范围符合比尔定律。配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=2.2×10~5。可用于人发中痕量铜的测定,所得结果与原子吸收光度法很一致。
5,10,15,20-tetrakis (2-hydroxy-5-sulfonatophenyl) porphine is a new water-soluble porphyrin developer, referred to as T (2-H-5-SP) P. The synthesis of reagent and its color reaction with Cu 2+ were discussed. The optimal pH value for the reaction with Cu ~ (2+) is 4.0, no additional complexing agent is needed, so long as it is heated in a boiling water bath for two minutes, the complex is stable for at least 6 hours. The protonated form of the reagent and its maximum absorption wavelength with the Cu 2+ complex were at 434 and 412 nm, respectively. The regression equation of working curve A = 6.50 × 10 -3 + 0.132C, the correlation coefficient r = 0.999, Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 3.0 μg / 25ml. The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 2.2 × 10 ~ 5. It can be used for the determination of traces of copper in human hair. The results are in good agreement with atomic absorption spectrophotometry.
