随着智能建筑技术的快速发展,电子会议系统越来越受到用户的重视,因此电子会议系统的投资也在不断加大。如何做好电子会议系统的设计,也成为一个优秀电子会议系统的重要保障。国家住房和城乡建设部在2008年已下达了电子会议系统标准编制的任务,为广大设计单位提供可以依据的标准,以确保电子会议系统设计的规范化、标准化。基于对电子会议系统前期设计的关注,《智能建筑与城市信息》杂志社于2009年7月8日再次举办了“如何做好电子会议系统设计”的专题座谈会。该座谈会汇集业内专家、集成商、厂商、媒体等专业人士,就电子会议系统设计的相关热点问题展开深入的探讨。
