在青光眼手术前后,采用超声活体显微镜(UBM)对眼前节进行检查,重点观察术后无前房,睫状体脉络膜脱离、恶性青光眼、术后滤过泡形态和滤过孔是否通畅等,且对伴有明显角膜混浊的继发性青光眼进行眼内结构观察,以便制定最佳手术方案,提高手术成功率。另外。对于钝挫伤后睫状体离断的定位及范围的监测,也同样具有相当的指导意义。经初步观察,UBM 对青光眼发病机理的探讨、手术适应证的选择、并发症的观察以及术后的长期监测都是很有价值的。
Before and after glaucoma surgery, the anterior segment was examined by UBM. The anterior chamber, ciliary body choroidal detachment, malignant glaucoma, postoperative filtering bleb morphology and filtering holes were observed. Intraocular structures were observed in secondary glaucoma with obvious corneal opacity in order to make the best surgical plan and improve the success rate of operation. In addition. Ciliary body after blunt contusion and the scope of the monitoring of the off-line, also has a considerable guiding significance. After preliminary observation, UBM on the pathogenesis of glaucoma, the choice of surgical indications, complications and postoperative long-term monitoring are of great value.
