一、中小企业创新的内容及特点 技术创新就是指企业将新的知识与技术用于企业的生产经营之中,以创造和实现新的经济价值和企业利润为目标的活动。其内容可以概括为五个方面:引入新的产品(含产品的新质量);采用新的技术(含生产方法、工艺流程);开拓原材料的新供应源;开辟新的市场;采用新的组织形式和管理方法。鉴于中小企业的生存与发展环境及其在国民经济中所处的地位和所起的作用与大企业不同,因而其创新活动也表现出一些不同于大企业的特点。
I. Content and Characteristics of SME Innovation Technological innovation refers to the activity that enterprises use new knowledge and technology in the production and operation of an enterprise and aim at creating and realizing new economic value and enterprise profit. Its contents can be summarized in five aspects: the introduction of new products (including the new quality of products); the adoption of new technologies (including production methods and process flow); the exploration of new sources of raw materials; the opening up of new markets; the introduction of new organizations Form and management methods. Given the existence and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and their role in the national economy and their role as large enterprises, their innovative activities have also shown some characteristics different from those of large enterprises.
