原发性男性不育症多是由于特殊心理及生理变化发病,采用中医中药诊治有其独特优势。1993年以来,我们采用补中益气丸加中药汤剂治疗原发性男性不育症22例,疗效满意。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况选择原发性男性不育症22例,年龄27~35岁。均为初婚,平素体健,无相关器质性疾病及全身消耗性疾病史;已婚2~6年,夫妻共同生活时间充裕,经专科检查均排除女方不孕因素。治疗前经相关详细查体排除继发因素。
Primary male infertility are mostly due to special psychological and physiological changes, the use of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment have their unique advantages. Since 1993, we used Buzhongyiqiwan plus Chinese herbal decoction to treat 22 cases of primary male infertility with satisfactory results. The analysis report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 The general situation of 22 cases of primary male infertility, aged 27 to 35 years old. Are first marriage, usually physical health, no organic disease associated with systemic wasting disease history; married 2 to 6 years, husband and wife living together for a long time, by the specialist examination are excluded female infertility factors. Prior to treatment by the relevant detailed examination exclude secondary factors.
