外阴纤维瘤病文献中未见报导,作者报导1例外阴纤维瘤病并讨论了临床经过、诊断及治疗。患者为19岁女性,0-0-0-0,6年前曾因有巴氏腺囊肿进行手术,但因与周围组织及皮肤广泛粘连而未能完全切除,3年前右阴唇剧烈疼痛3周,此后局部一直有间歇性疼痛和触痛。检查发现右阴唇部有一硬块,7×2 cm,肿瘤沿着耻骨支延伸到右腹股沟部,有触痛,外阴部皮肤正常,左阴唇及阴道、宫颈、子宫附件均正常,诊为原因不明的外阴肿瘤,行肿块切除术时发现病变已涉及皮肤、园韧带和骨骼肌,肿块为2×1×0.5～6.5×1.5×1.2cm大小,无包膜,由粘有脂肪的非常坚韧的纤维组成,组织学检查发现肿块由成纤维细胞及丰富的胶元纤
