义齿的适合性通常用固位及稳定来描述。一般认为,义齿的活动度与义齿的适合性直接相关,适合性差的义齿比适合性好的义齿活动度大。但临床表现并非如此。本文的目的就在于通过对上颌全口义齿在行使功能时的移动度进行定量评价,从而确定义齿适合性对义齿活动度的影响。 本研究共收入24例配戴上颌全口义齿的患者,要求下颌牙列完整。其中12例义齿适合性好,另外12例义齿的适合性差。义齿适合性的初步评价是依据Kapur的固位稳定量度标准进行的。实验通过一种肌电仪(myotronics kinesiograph)跟踪显示附于义齿下表面的
Denture suitability is usually described by retention and stability. It is generally believed that the activity of the denture is directly related to the suitability of the denture, and the less suitable denture is more active than the denture with good conformity. But the clinical manifestations are not. The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively evaluate the mobility of the maxillary complete denture when it performs its function to determine the effect of denture fit on the denture mobility. In this study, a total of 24 patients with maxillary complete dentures were enrolled, requiring complete mandibular dentition. Among them, 12 cases had good fit and the other 12 cases had poor suitability. The initial evaluation of the fit of the denture was based on Kapur's retention stability measurement. Experiments were performed with a myotronics kinesiograph to show the attachment to the lower surface of the denture
