目的探讨脑胶质瘤与脑脓肿的CT表现及鉴别诊断。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的20例脑胶质瘤和20例经临床证实的脑脓肿患者的CT表现。结果两者病灶均呈环状强化,胶质瘤的环状强化壁厚薄不均,靠近中线的一侧壁较厚,可有壁结节,在环内侧及壁结节内有斑状及毛细血管纹状强化,这一征象具有特征性;脑脓肿环状强化壁完整,厚薄均一,在环状强化壁边缘和相邻层面出现小结节性强化灶,这一征象具有鉴别意义。结论掌握脑胶质瘤和脑脓肿的CT特征,能提高两者的诊断正确率。
Objective To investigate the CT manifestations and differential diagnosis of gliomas and brain abscesses. Methods The CT findings of 20 patients with pathologically confirmed glioma and 20 patients with clinically confirmed brain abscess were analyzed retrospectively. Results Both the lesions showed ring-like enhancement. The ring-shaped enhancement of glioma was not uniform in thickness. One wall near the midline was thicker and had nodules in the ring. There were macular and capillary vessels in the medial and lateral nodules Striped, characterized by this sign; ring abscess annular enhancement wall integrity, thickness uniformity, the edge of the ring-shaped wall and the adjacent layer of nodular enhancement appears, this sign has the significance of discrimination. Conclusion To master the CT features of glioma and brain abscess can improve the diagnostic accuracy of the two.
