目的掌握广州口岸白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平。方法采用幼虫浸渍法。结果新沙口岸、芳村口岸、滘新口岸的白纹伊蚊对苯氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、残杀威、ES-生物烯丙菊酯5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗药性,芳村口岸的白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯表现出中度抗性,新沙口岸白纹伊蚊对残杀威表现为敏感,其余均表现为低度抗性。结论国境口岸应加强对重要媒介生物及其抗药性的监测,以便有效地使用药剂防控口岸医学媒介生物。
Objective To understand the resistant level of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou port. Methods larvae dipping method. Results Five insecticides of Aedes albopictus against cypermethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, propoxur and ES-albendin in Xinsha port, Fangcun port and Xinkin port all had different degrees of Resistance, Ae.albopictus in Fangcun port showed moderate resistance to beta-cypermethrin, Aedes albopictus in Xinsha port was sensitive to carboplatin, and the others showed low resistance. Conclusion The border crossings should strengthen the monitoring of important vector organisms and their drug resistance in order to effectively use pesticides to control port medical vector organisms.
