为了纪念我国科技情报事业创建三十周年,河南省科技情报学会于1986年12月16日至18日在郑州市召开了第三届学术年会。出席会议代表共71人,省科委领导和科协学会部的负责同志到会作了讲话。会议总结了第一届理事会工作;介绍了理事改选换届情况;孙海林同志传达了第七次全国科技情报工作会议精神。会议还征集论文63篇,学术委员会从中评选出32篇优秀论文在大会宣读,並颁发了表彰状和奖品。与会代表一致认为,这次年会的论文比历届年会的数量多、质量也较好。
In order to commemorate the thirtieth anniversary of the founding of China's science and technology intelligence, Henan Science and Technology Intelligence Society held its third annual academic conference in Zhengzhou City from December 16 to December 18, A total of 71 delegates attended the conference. Leaders of the provincial Science and Technology Commission and responsible comrades of the Association for Science and Technology Society made speeches at the conference. The meeting summed up the work of the first council; introduced the general election of council members; and Comrade Sun Hailin conveyed the spirit of the Seventh National Scientific and Technological Information Work Conference. The conference also solicited 63 papers, the academic committee selected 32 outstanding papers read out at the conference, and presented the recognition and prizes. The participants agreed that the number of papers in this annual conference is more than the previous annual conferences and the quality is also better.
