我们采用Na~(131)口服诊断胶囊测定了78例甲亢患者和120名正常人的甲状腺吸~(131)I率,以探讨正常值及临床意义。 1.材料与方法:甲亢患者均经临床症状、体征及血清T_3、T_4、TSH含量证实。Na~(131)胶囊系中国原子能科学研究院提供,使用前均测量每粒脉冲数,每粒测3次,取其平均值,测得批内粒间误差为±2.5%。 根据1960年国际原子能机构(IAEA)推荐,探头与颈部距离为25cm。γ闪烁探头为合肥产44-1B型,用KDJ402型微电脑同位素甲状腺功能仪显示及计算。标准源制备:任
We used Na ~ (131) oral diagnostic capsules of 78 patients with hyperthyroidism and 120 normal thyroid suction ~ (131) I rate to explore the normal and clinical significance. 1. Materials and Methods: Hyperthyroidism patients were confirmed by clinical symptoms, signs and serum T_3, T_4, TSH content. Na ~ (131) capsule was provided by China Institute of Atomic Energy. The number of pulses per pulse was measured before use. Each particle was measured 3 times and the average value was taken. The intra-assay particle-to-particle error was ± 2.5%.
