目的观察痛风颗粒浸膏粉对次黄嘌呤或氧嗪酸钾所致小鼠高尿酸血症和尿酸钠所致家兔急性痛风性关节炎的影响。方法将♂ICR小鼠随机均分为正常对照组、模型对照组、别嘌醇片组、痛风颗粒浸膏粉高、中、低(0.77、1.54、3.08g·kg-1)治疗组,除正常组外,于末次给药1h后给予其余小鼠ip0.2mL·(10g)-15%次黄嘌呤或氧嗪酸钾溶液,1h后,摘取眼球取血,测定血尿酸值。将新西兰兔随机分成正常对照组、模型组、痛风颗粒浸膏粉高、中、低(0.27、0.54、1.08g·kg-1)治疗组和秋水仙碱阳性组,末次给药后1h,于模型组和各治疗组家兔的膝关节内注射尿酸钠复制急性关节炎模型,5h后收集关节液进行白细胞计数,并取关节滑膜组织进行病理学检查。结果痛风颗粒浸膏粉高、中剂量能有效降低次黄嘌呤或氧嗪酸钾所致小鼠的尿酸升高;治疗组与模型组比较,高、中剂量能明显减少家兔致炎关节腔积液中白细胞计数,减轻关节滑膜组织的炎症反应程度。结论痛风颗粒浸膏粉能有效地抑制尿酸生成、促进尿酸代谢,对痛风性关节炎有良好的防治作用。

Conclusion gout powder extract powder can effectively inhibit the formation of uric acid, promote uric acid metabolism, gouty arthritis have a good preventive effect.
