目的:研究龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对自然衰老小鼠学习记忆能力的影响。方法:将自然老化的14月龄小鼠随机分成模型对照组、给药防治组及阳性对照组。药物加入饮水中自然饮入,连续给药3个月,检测前另选2月龄小鼠作为青年对照组,各组于末次给药的前4 d用跳台法检测错误反应的潜伏期和逃避反应的潜伏期,于末次给药的前2 d以避暗法检测错误反应的潜伏期和5 min内错误反应的次数。检测后采血分离血清、取脑进行冰浴匀浆,检测血清和脑匀浆的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:与青年对照组相比老龄模型对照组小鼠错误反应的潜伏期显著缩短,逃避反应的潜伏期显著延长,错误反应次数显著增加,SOD,GSH-Px活力显著降低、MDA含量显著增加。与老龄模型对照组相比,各给药防治组老龄小鼠错误反应的潜伏期显著延长,逃避反应的潜伏期显著缩短,错误反应的次数显著减少,SOD,GSH-Px活力显著提高,MDA含量显著降低。结论:龟鹿二仙胶颗粒对自然衰老小鼠具有增强抗氧化功能,提高学习记忆能力的作用。
Objective: To study the effects of Gulu Erxian gum on the learning and memory abilities of natural aging mice. Methods: The 14-month-old mice were randomly divided into model control group, control group and positive control group. Drugs were added to drinking water to drink naturally and continuously for 3 months. Before the test, 2-month-old mice were selected as young control group. Each group tested the latency and evasion of false reaction by jumping table four days before the last administration . The latency of the false reaction and the number of false reactions within 5 minutes were detected by the dark-avoidance method two days before the last administration. Serum and brain homogenates were separated for serum and brain homogenate. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and malondialdehyde (MDA) ) Content. Results: Compared with the young control group, the mice in the aging model control group had significantly shorter latency, longer incubation period, more false reaction times, significantly lower SOD and GSH-Px activities, and significantly increased MDA levels. Compared with the aged model control group, the latency of false reaction of the aged mice in each treatment group was significantly prolonged, the latent period of evasion reaction was significantly shortened, the number of false reaction significantly decreased, the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased and MDA content was significantly decreased . Conclusion: Guilu Erxian Capsule can enhance the anti-oxidant function and improve the ability of learning and memory in the mice with natural aging.
