他汀类药物在冠心病整体防治中起重要地位。某些候选基因的多态性可以预测他汀治疗的效果或不良反应,本文综述了药物基因组学研究在他汀类药物使用的进展,为他汀类药物的个体化使用提供参考依据。
Statins play an important role in the overall prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease. The polymorphism of some candidate genes can predict the efficacy or side effects of statin therapy. This review summarizes the progress in the use of statin drugs in pharmacogenomics and provides a reference for the individualized use of statins.
