基本农田是指我国按照一定时期人口及社会经济发展对农产品的实际需求,结合土地现状通过总体规划确定的不得占用的耕地,它是我国发展农业的基本保障。在规划及保护基本农田的过程中,需采取行政、经济、技术等综合性手段,进行有效管理,以保证基本农田得到妥善保护。基于此,本文对基本农田保护进行了综合性阐述,并提出了相关策略,以供参考。
Basic farmland refers to our country in accordance with the actual needs of population and social and economic development of a certain period of agricultural products, combined with the status of land through the overall plan to determine the occupation of cultivated land, which is the basic guarantee for the development of agriculture in our country. In the process of planning and protecting basic farmland, comprehensive measures such as administration, economy and technology shall be taken and effective management should be carried out to ensure that the basic farmland is properly protected. Based on this, this paper comprehensively elaborates on the protection of basic farmland and proposes relevant strategies for reference.
