国务院国发(1985)132号文颁发的《中华人民共和国一九八六年国库券条例》已印发给你们,为了做好一九八六年国库券发行工作,圆满地完成任务,现作如下通知:一、任务的分配。今年的国库券任务,除中央在川单位的单位购买任务和人民解放军、总后勤部所属单位的单位和个人购买任务,仍由中央有关主管部门直接分配外,中央在川单位的个人购买任务以及其余单位的单位和个人购买任务,均包括在各市、地、州任务内,由所在地人民政府统一分配。
