通过360h的实验室动态运行实验,对30台轿车用燃料电池发动机稳定性进行了验证考核,预计寿命可达到3600h(20%性能损失)。30辆车累计运行里程超过120 000km,其中3#车单车运行里程达到15 000km(含世博后运行)。对3#车发动机示范运行过程中的性能稳定性进行了数据分析,对照实验室稳定性考核的实验结果,发现发动机在实际道路工况下的稳定性低于实验室动态运行条件。通过2种工况的对比分析,发现强动态特性及增湿系统功能在实际道路工况下的降低是燃料电池发动机性能稳定性降低的主要原因。
Through the 360h laboratory dynamic running experiment, the reliability of fuel cell engines for 30 cars was verified and the expected life expectancy was 3600h (20% loss of performance). 30 vehicles accumulated mileage of more than 120 000 km, of which 3 # bike mileage reached 15 000 km (including after the Expo). The data analysis of the performance stability of 3 # car engine during the demonstration operation was carried out. According to the experimental results of laboratory stability test, it was found that the stability of the engine under actual road conditions was lower than the dynamic operating conditions of the laboratory. Through comparative analysis of two kinds of operating conditions, it is found that the strong dynamic characteristics and the reduction of humidification system function under the actual road conditions are the main reasons for the decrease of fuel cell engine performance stability.
