三、对作者个性的态度高尔基作为一位文学编辑的卓越品质之一,是他对作者个性,对作者固有的创作风格非常关心爱护的态度。高尔基是位伟大的艺术家,但他在编辑工作中,从不强迫作家摹仿自己的写作风格和创作手法。他对所编辑的作品从内心充满热情,对作者的艺术形式特点力求理解得更准确、更全面的愿望,可作为他在编辑和评价文艺作品手稿时的特征。高尔基最尊重作家,他认为编辑工作主要是与作者共同配合的工作,而不是代替作者的工作。在编辑加工作品的手稿过程中,高尔基除力求使作品尽量达到具有较强的思想性和富于艺术表现力以外,还对作家所具有的独立创作精神表示由衷
Third, the attitude of the individual Gorky as one of the excellent quality of literary editor, is his attitude to the author’s personality, the author’s inherent creative style is very concerned about love. Gorky is a great artist, but in his editorial work, he never forced writers to imitate his writing style and creative techniques. His enthusiasm for his edited work, his more accurate and comprehensive desire to understand the characteristics of the artist’s art form, can serve as a hallmark of his editing and evaluation of manuscripts of literary and artistic works. Gorky most respected writers, he believes that editorial work is mainly co-ordination with the author’s work, not to replace the author’s work. In editing and processing manuscripts, Gorky endeavored to make his works as strong as ideological and full of artistic expression as possible, and also expressed his heartfelt thanks to the independent creative spirit of the writers.
