M.Dakowski曾经计算作为自探测器的厚晶体内(内表面)潜伏径迹的各种分布,可能由于没有考虑蚀刻作用的影响,计算结果与实验测量偏离较大。本工作采用分层径迹球法,进行了下列计算。
